Simon Baitler
Managing Director
Simon Baitler is a seasoned insurance executive with over four decades of industry experience, including 19 years at Transamerica Life Companies, where he rose to Chief Operations Officer for Transamerica Life Insurance and Annuity Company. In this role, he revitalized the Group Life and Health Division from operating at a loss to profitability, leading to its successful sale. After holding multiple senior management and board positions—most recently as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer—he founded a consulting firm, advising national insurance carriers on strategy, mergers, and acquisitions. Mr. Baitler has also served as an Operating Director of Arsenal Capital Partners and as a board advisor to portfolio companies. A Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and Member of the American Academy of Actuaries, he earned his bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Union College in New York.

He holds an M.S. in Enterprise Risk Management from Columbia University and a B.S. in Finance & Accounting from Saint Joseph’s University.
